We have two main methods to provide you with a superfast broadband connection:

Our FTTP service essentially refers to fibre broadband that is connected directly to your home instead of a cabinet that services the area.

We carry out a free of charge site survey to confirm the options and distance from the nearest fibre joint. The engineer will take you through the details of the service and agree how we route the fibre cable into your premises.

Please see the diagram below:

When the installation commences we will run a drop cable from the nearest distribution point directly to your home or business. This is often made underground using our dedicated machinery to trenchlessly plough the cable, leaving only a tiny footprint with minimum disruption to the area. Fibre cable will be then terminated internally and connected to your new extended range dual-band WiFi router.

Fibreway’s Fibre To The Premises connections facilitate a gigabit capable line. You have the freedom to choose the level of bandwidth that suits your needs.

By building masts in high locations, we can beam a stable broadband connection directly to your home or business by placing a small receiver dish on your premises.

Please see the diagram below:

We carry out a free of charge site survey to confirm your property has line of sight to one of our base stations. The engineer will take you through the details, agree the dish location and data cable route with you.

The actual installation takes about two hours and you can enjoy your new connection straight away. All our customers are supplied with an extended range dual-band WiFi router.

And that’s it! Superfast broadband connected to you home with minimum disruption!

NOTE

  • There is no landline required to receive Fibreway services, but if you wish, you can keep your number and we will help to reinstate it for as little as £1.50/month.
  • Our aim is to install your service within 5 days from your order being signed.
